About the Founder
My name is Paula Mason
Hello! My name is Paula. I’m a Christian, Licensed Professional Counselor, Ordained Minister, and Certified Life Coach. I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University.
I specialize in working with blended families (step-families), boundaries, parent-adult child relationships, and people struggling with spiritual issues.
Helping to my clients is my calling. I provide a positive, safe, and comfortable environment, with the goal of welcoming and encouraging client transparency and openness. This level of comfort is needed to bring lasting change, deliverance, and restoration to relationships, and renewing the mind and the spirit. I facilitate an environment where healing the wounded and the brokenhearted can occur in both men and women. I look forward to walking side-by-side with my clients as they journey on the path to wholeness and restoration. With God’s help, we can overcome all struggles, mindsets, and obstacles!

Services
GOGI offers a variety of servies to address your specific needs.
Coaching
A life coach focuses on a current, specific situation, issue or concern, and assists the client with setting goals to improve or overcome the issue. A life coach primarily focuses on providing guidance and support to change the client’s current behaviors, set goals, and put into place measurable action steps to achieve their specific, personal goal.
Such goals include career advancement, individual personal-growth, and relationship improvement.
Nationwide coaching is the coach's discretion. Use 'contact us' box for further information.
Counseling
A counselor focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. This often requires exploring past experiences and thought patterns, including childhood and past trauma to try and determine the root cause of their behavior.
Counselors use therapeutic techniques to address issues like anxiety, depression, ptsd, and trauma.
In-person sessions are offered in Chesapeake and Chester, VA.
Telehealth sessions offered throughout Virginia.
Insurance accepted are Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, CareFirst BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna,Oscar (optum), Oxford (optum), Quest Behavioral Health, Sentara Health, Tricare, United Health Care (optum) and Virginia Premier.

Counseling Individuals-$120.00
